Nuking provides an AI-powered companion chatbot for entertainment purposes. The AI companion is a fictional character and does not represent a real person. All conversations are generated by artificial intelligence.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any illegal activity
Generate content involving minors in any sexual or harmful context
Attempt to bypass security measures or access other users' data
Use the Service to harass, threaten, or harm real people
Redistribute or resell access to the Service

6. Content

The Service may generate adult content including romantic and erotic material. This content is AI-generated fiction and does not depict real events or people. You acknowledge that you are voluntarily accessing this content.

7. Subscriptions & Payments

Free accounts have limited features as described on our pricing page.
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly via Stripe.
You can cancel your subscription at any time — no contracts or hidden fees.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support for refund requests.
Billing appears under a neutral name on your bank statement.

8. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not read your conversations or sell your data.

9. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation. AI responses may be inaccurate, inappropriate, or unexpected.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
